The story behind the painting:
"The Old Nickelodeon Sound" was the perfect marriage of two disciplines for me in that both the painting and the song were created at the same time. They reflect my own sense of not belonging in our modern, relatively unromantic world.
"I guess I’m an old-fashioned dreamer, Walking the streets on my own.
Out of date like an old-fashioned steamer, No longer feeling at home..."
